The Cochina Ranch is a large South Texas ranch located in LaSalle and
Dimmit Counties. These two counties consistently produce some of the
largest whitetail bucks in Texas and more Boone and Crockett heads than
any other counties in the state of Texas. The ranch is bordered by over
20 miles of the Nueces River. A selective game management program has
been in force which has produced a numerous amount of mature trophy
bucks. Bucks up to 190 B & C and as wide as 27 inches have been
harvested. It is not uncommon to see 18 to 20 bucks per day.
Trophy Whitetail Hunt
This year we are offering a limited amount of 1st class guided Trophy
whitetail hunts on on over 26,000 low fence acres. These hunts are a 4
day 1 hunter/1 guide hunts. All lodging, meals, game processed and guide
are included You will be staying on the Cochina Ranch in a spacious 2
story lodge. There will be no more than 4 to 6 hunts in camp per hunt.
Only mature bucks will be harvested. We are expecting a 100% hunter
success.

Trophy Whitetail Hunt
The Catarina Tordillo Ranch is a division of the 250,000+ acre Catarina Ranch. It is located 50 miles NW of Laredo on the banks of the Rio Grande River. The vast remoteness adds to the experience of the hunt. This year, only 16 hunters will be booked over a 14 day period. Bucks up to 190 B+C have been harvested. It is a Safari style hunt. It is common to see 15 - 20 bucks a day. The camp is a "cowboy camp" with rustic original cowboy bunk houses from the 1940's.
